My boyfriend and I went here the other day. Hands down the best Mexican food I’ve ever had with spectacular service. I’m kind of a Karen, and am not easily impressed, but I was extremely happy with this place. The server was a nice young man who was very attentive and helpful. We are from Iowa and nothing will compare to this place. 10/10!! Great food & margaritas

I just picked up some prawn fajitas for dinner and it is the BEST!! It's a very large serving at a very reasonable price and the food is amazing! I love Tequilas. I've been a great fan of the one in Golden because that's where I lived but I have recently moved to Evergreen and I like Casa Tequilas in Evergreen much better! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Mexican food and loves great value for the money! They also have margaritas for take out right now. Just AWESOME!

Absolutely great food! Best this side of the border.

Tortilla soup is a must! I order it everywhere and this is the best tortilla soup I’ve ever had. Hands down. Strong flavor and wonderful textures. Honorable mentions: Chorizo cheep dipCarne asada quesadilla Carnitas de puerco Never been disappointed!

When you walk in the door the decor is awesome and everything is clean. First star already earned. When the meal starts with fresh mind blowing salsa and optional fresh roasted habanero pepper salsa... you know it’s going to be good. The enchiladas were big and flavorful with tender steak and chicken. The burrito was amazing and the beans and rice are exactly how they should be. You have to try it!

Stopped for lunch and to work a bit. Sat at bar. Everyone from hostess to bartender were helpful. Food was delish as was wine and dessert!

My first time visiting this restaurant was for a friend's birthday party. It was a decent-sized group of about 25 and the server's took good care of us. All of the food was delicious, everyone liked what they ordered. The shrimp are jumbo size and were very good. I was impressed because normally you don't get the jumbo size shrimp on your fajitas. I'm glad I found a Mexican restaurant in Evergreen and will be back.

Incredibly good food and drinks! We had the shrimp quesadillas and mango margarita and it hit the spot! Great friendly staff and service was quick! Would highly recommend to anyone in Evergreen!

I love the tequila selection. The food is good too! We had some local friends going away party here and they treated us very well.

Very good and affordable. Dishes are sizeable so pman on sharing or taking home leftovers.

I'd say I probably come here every Sunday. Haha. Lunch, drinks and getting a ride home since I typically eat too much food and drink too much booze here. My favorite thing about this place is the fact that I DON'T have a favorite. It's all decent Mexican food. Sure it's not the food my family makes but that's ok. It's great to come here and not worry about cooking Sunday lunch. Try it out. Then come back a second time. Then a third time. You get it.

Amazing staff.

My family and I love coming here. Their menu has a wide selection of plates so everyone can find something they'll fall in love with. I usually always get a taco salad which is crispy and delicious. My husband loves either the chicken mole enchiladas or the pork shank mole plate. If you ever come out to Evergreen definitely stop in here!

This is one of the best places for Mexican good ever! Arturo is so genuine and his family that is works with him is equally so! Their food is out of this world. So fresh and original. They all take such pride in this place. It’s so welcoming! I highly recommend!

This is the Friendliest place I have been since I arrived in Colorado 7 months ago. The service is Flawless. And the Food is Fantastic.

Place is great for big crowds and small crowds, beef fajita is good, a little bland. Huge round plates, they’re not what you’re used. Overall good, will come back.

Greasy and just not great food. Arrive is good and drinks are ok.

Over priced, service was sub par. They wanted to charge per basket of chips as well. Let's just say I get why the place was empty.

Food was decent but not great. Ceviche was completely flavourless which was disappointing. However the major issue with this place is the cheap cleaner they use that makes the whole building smell like a porta-toilet. Completely ruins your appetite. To add insult to injury they charged $12 for a shot of tequila on a bottle that retails for $50. Service was friendly but inattentive.

Always love them food in the atmosphere at this. It would probably say this is the best Mexican restaurant in evergreen.

Inexpensive good Mexican food

A regular stop for my family and I. Everything we order is always delicious. The carne asada is by far a favorite though. Margaritas are always spot on and the staff has been friendly and helpful every time. No complaints here!

Terrific food, top-shelf, fast service ... tables pre-bussed quickly, friendly staff (glad to have dine-in customers again?), 2nd time here. Regular customer now.

First time here and it was disappointing. 2 orders wrong, re served on same plates that went back to kitchen, beans are runny, it took 3 attempts to get one of our orders right. Sad because we had heard good things about Tequilas but we will not be back.

We've been here 30 times always a great place for great food and Margaritas live music in the bar. get their early, or you'll have to wait.! it gets crowed. On this Friday nigjt, we had a power Burger,tortilla soup, carne asada, red white and green

Good portions and good service. The food overall was just okay.

Dinner portion was good but food was bland and a tad overpriced. They got my order wrong and corrected so customer service was good that night.

The owners are great, margherita are great. Kid friendly. If you sit at the bar its adult friendly

A lady came up to us and took our empty plates said she was a volunteer on mondays she started talking to us and took off her mask and was a foot away. I had no mask on as i had just ate. She should have left her mask on. I will not eat there again as i could have been exposed to covid 19 for all i know.

Chile rellenos were good. Cheese enchiladas had cold, unmelted cheese inside of them. I would have been happy to wait the 2 extra minutes to have them fully cooked. Good cabbage salsa.

The food was good and the restaurant was comfortable. Service was a bit slow, but considering everything, eating in a restaurant is basically a luxury. But the plates were plentiful and I was happy. The fried ice cream is great and I recommend it.

We love going to casa tequilas, amazing food, amazing stuff, all around wonderful experience.

First time for me for eating. Good food! I had a hard time deciding what to order. Not disappointed. You should try the Mango Jalapeno Margarita! Arturo was very welcoming along with Bruce, the bartender!

Cool quite and good food.

Came in with my son and immediately after being sat we both noticed a very unpleasant smell coming from the restrooms and the synthetic cherry air freshener that was stuck on the shelf behind me to mask it...really unappetizing. After moving tables, our waiter forgot about us after serving our food and we sat there for 35 minutes without any eye contact or acknowledgment before we went to the bar and paid. If I'm being honest, I felt a bit worried about the food. Cold shiny not so fresh looking carne asada, bland watery beans. Normally thier cabbage salsa is nice, but I got a bowl of soggy brown watery lettuce looking salsa today :( We wont be back.

Big menu with decent food. The bar has several TVs and they maintain their later hours making it a dependable place if you want to catch the end of the game.The look and feel of an authentic Mexican restaurant. Friendly fast service. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the location. Easy access strip mall setting but it's a strip mall.

If you love Mexican food like I do, don't pass this place by! The service is excellent too 👍

It took 3 times of asking for water and cream to go with the coffee in order to actually get them. We ordered cheese dip which came out without any chips. We had to ask twice to get the chips. By the time we got the chips the cheese sauce was cold. They brought the sizzling fajitas out without the tortillas, or any of the sides. By the time that the tortillas and sides came out the fajitas were no longer sizzling. The fajita do not come with cheese...really?the food was flat, no flavor. I am not talking spicy I am talking general flavor. There wasn't even salt or pepper on the table

They skimp on the Chile, which is awful and flavorless anyway and the drinks are not something to look forward to. Wish there was decent Mexican food in Evergreen but you're better off going closer to Denver.
